Each session is thoughtfully customized and enhanced with hot stones, aromatherapy, and warm towels to encourage deep relaxation, ease muscle tension, and help the body return to balance. Whether you are navigating stress, chronic discomfort, recovery from life’s demands, or simply honoring your need for rest, this experience meets you where you are. Cancellation Policy
Booking With Ohana To hold space intentionally for each member of our ohana, all appointments booked online require prepayment at the time of scheduling. This allows us to prepare fully for your visit and honor the time reserved just for you. The only exception is Groupon bookings. All Groupons are redeemed at the time of purchase through the Groupon platform and are securely stored in our system for future use until you are ready to schedule. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and we ask for the same care and respect in return. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session. In the event of a no-call, no-show, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us honor the time set aside for you and support our practitioners and wider ohana. Waitlist If your preferred time is unavailable, we invite you to join our waitlist. Should a cancellation occur at least six hours in advance, a message will be sent to those on the waitlist in the order received. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing space to flow naturally to those ready to receive it.
