Service Description
This group 9D Breathwork session is a guided, immersive experience that uses conscious breathing, sound, and verbal support to help regulate the nervous system and support emotional processing. Participants are guided through a structured breath pattern while listening to layered soundscapes, frequencies, and gentle facilitation. Group sessions offer the added benefit of shared presence. While each person’s experience is their own, breathing together can create a sense of connection and safety that supports regulation and release. There is no expectation to share, emote, or have a specific outcome. Some experiences are subtle and grounding, others more emotional. All responses are valid. This session is trauma-informed and choice-based. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, adjust their breath, pause, or stop at any time. Breathwork is approached as a tool for awareness and integration, not force or catharsis. This service is complementary and does not replace medical or psychological care.
Cancellation Policy
Booking With Ohana To hold space intentionally for each member of our ohana, all appointments booked online require prepayment at the time of scheduling. This allows us to prepare fully for your visit and honor the time reserved just for you. The only exception is Groupon bookings. All Groupons are redeemed at the time of purchase through the Groupon platform and are securely stored in our system for future use until you are ready to schedule. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and we ask for the same care and respect in return. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session. In the event of a no-call, no-show, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us honor the time set aside for you and support our practitioners and wider ohana. Waitlist If your preferred time is unavailable, we invite you to join our waitlist. Should a cancellation occur at least six hours in advance, a message will be sent to those on the waitlist in the order received. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing space to flow naturally to those ready to receive it.
