9D Breathwork Individual Session
Service Description
Private 1:1 9D Breathwork offers a more personalized and contained experience, guided at a pace that honors your individual nervous system and history. This session combines conscious breathing with sound, frequency, and verbal guidance to support emotional regulation, insight, and integration. Working one-on-one allows for greater flexibility and responsiveness throughout the session. The breath pattern and pacing can be adjusted as needed, with an emphasis on safety, agency, and nervous system awareness. There is no requirement to revisit memories or verbalize experiences. The body leads the process. This session is trauma-informed and collaborative. You are always in control of your breath and your participation. Slowing, pausing, or stopping is encouraged if needed. The intention is to create conditions where the body can regulate and release in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. This service is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment, but may be used as a complementary support within a broader care plan.
Cancellation Policy
Booking With Ohana To hold space intentionally for each member of our ohana, all appointments booked online require prepayment at the time of scheduling. This allows us to prepare fully for your visit and honor the time reserved just for you. The only exception is Groupon bookings. All Groupons are redeemed at the time of purchase through the Groupon platform and are securely stored in our system for future use until you are ready to schedule. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and we ask for the same care and respect in return. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session. In the event of a no-call, no-show, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us honor the time set aside for you and support our practitioners and wider ohana. Waitlist If your preferred time is unavailable, we invite you to join our waitlist. Should a cancellation occur at least six hours in advance, a message will be sent to those on the waitlist in the order received. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing space to flow naturally to those ready to receive it.
