Service Description

A consultation at Ohana Center for Healing Therapies is a personalized, hands-on experience designed to assess your needs while providing supportive care from the very first visit. This session combines thoughtful conversation with therapeutic touch to help us better understand your body, your goals, and the most appropriate path forward. During your consultation, we will review your health history, discuss current concerns, and explore lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, movement, and nutrition. Hands-on therapy is incorporated as appropriate to assess tissue response, support circulation, ease tension, and begin addressing areas of concern. This allows for a more accurate and individualized treatment plan. Consultations are especially beneficial for new clients, postoperative clients, and those considering manual lymphatic drainage, nonsurgical body contouring, or ongoing wellness services. What to Expect: Review of health history and current concerns Discussion of wellness and recovery goals Lifestyle considerations including nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, and movement Hands-on therapeutic assessment and treatment as appropriate Education on recommended services, frequency, and supportive care Time to ask questions and receive guidance Important Notes: The hands-on portion of the consultation is gentle and guided by your comfort and needs Some specialized services may require medical clearance Follow-up sessions or treatment plans may be recommended At Ohana, care begins with connection. Your consultation is both an introduction and the first step in hands-on healing, creating a foundation for thoughtful, whole-person care.


Cancellation Policy

Booking With Ohana To hold space intentionally for each member of our ohana, all appointments booked online require prepayment at the time of scheduling. This allows us to prepare fully for your visit and honor the time reserved just for you. The only exception is Groupon bookings. All Groupons are redeemed at the time of purchase through the Groupon platform and are securely stored in our system for future use until you are ready to schedule. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and we ask for the same care and respect in return. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session. In the event of a no-call, no-show, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us honor the time set aside for you and support our practitioners and wider ohana. Waitlist If your preferred time is unavailable, we invite you to join our waitlist. Should a cancellation occur at least six hours in advance, a message will be sent to those on the waitlist in the order received. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing space to flow naturally to those ready to receive it.
