After cosmetic surgeries such as liposuction, tummy tuck, body contouring, breast procedures, and facial surgeries, the lymphatic system can become overwhelmed due to inflammation and trauma to the tissues. Manual lymphatic drainage helps encourage proper fluid movement, supports circulation, and may improve overall comfort and healing outcomes when incorporated into postoperative care. At Ohana Center for Healing Therapies, postoperative MLD sessions are performed with intention, precision, and respect for your body’s healing timeline. Each session is customized based on your procedure, stage of recovery, and provider recommendations, always working within safe and appropriate guidelines. This therapy is not deep massage and should never be painful. Instead, it is a calming, restorative experience designed to support the body as it heals. Cancellation Policy

Booking With Ohana To hold space intentionally for each member of our ohana, all appointments booked online require prepayment at the time of scheduling. This allows us to prepare fully for your visit and honor the time reserved just for you. The only exception is Groupon bookings. All Groupons are redeemed at the time of purchase through the Groupon platform and are securely stored in our system for future use until you are ready to schedule. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and we ask for the same care and respect in return. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session. In the event of a no-call, no-show, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. This policy helps us honor the time set aside for you and support our practitioners and wider ohana. Waitlist If your preferred time is unavailable, we invite you to join our waitlist. Should a cancellation occur at least six hours in advance, a message will be sent to those on the waitlist in the order received. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing space to flow naturally to those ready to receive it.
